The Inbetweeners, written by Iain Morris and Damon Beesley, and produced by Christopher Young, picked up two trophies at the British Comedy Awards on Saturday. The show beat The Kevin Bishop Show and No Heroics in the Best New British TV Comedy category.
Simon Bird won Best Male Comedy Newcomer.
Filming of the second series started on Monday 8th December.
