SEACHD signs UK distribution with Soda

SEACHD - THE INACCESSIBLE PINNACLE signs a UK and Ireland distribution deal with Soda Pictures at the Cannes Film Festival and will be released in the Autumn. Soda Pictures is a UK distributor of art house, independent and world cinema.  They have provided  distribution for many award-winning films including "Into Great Silence" (Philip Gröning), "Keane" (Lodge Kerrigan), "Frostbite" (Anders Banke), "Old Joy" (Kelly Reichardt) and  "After The Wedding" (Susanne Bier) which was nominated in the category of Best Foreign Language Film at the 79th Annual Academy Awards.  Moran taing to Ed Fletcher and Eve Gebereau at Soda Pictures.

SEACHD to be screened on Skye

SEACHD will screen at the Celtic Media Festival in Portree, Isle of Skye on the 28th of March to a private audience.

SEACHD - THE INACCESSIBLE PINNACLE now in post-production

Following the successful completion of principal photography on Skye in June, SEACHD is currently being edited at Studio Alba in Stornoway. This full-length feature is a follow-up to the acclaimed Young Films short </em>Foighidinn - The Crimson Snowdrop</em>  and is a collaboration between four writers and four directors including writer/director Simon Miller. The film is set in present day Skye and tells the story of three children being brought up by their Grandparents in the shadow of the Inaccessible Pinnacle. It is hoped the world premiere will take place on Skye in Spring 2007.
